Located in the hills of Laguna Niguel, this full remodel and addition was our dose of sunshine during the quarantine days. We brought a late 1970s home to modern day by creating an open floor plan with airy textures and elements. Touches of color complimented the lighter tones for an elevated look. Our clients wanted a true “OC coastal” home, and we happily gave them one!
